MacGee Law's estate and probate administration practice is here to guide you after the passing of a loved one.  If necessary, we will manage any required probate filings.  We will assist in the collection, maintenance and distribution of any estate assets.  If required, we will prepare the federal and/or Massachusetts estate tax return filings.

MacGee Law will help support Trustees in the administration of revocable and irrevocable Trusts.  We are here to assist with the collection, management and distribution of Trust assets.
